Talks: Talks can be uploaded onto Mac and Windows laptos during the preceding breaks before talks. Presenters can also use their own laptops.

Posters: A0, A1 or A2 posters will be accepted. There is an opportunity for poster presetnters to give a 2 minute summary talk of their posters on Wednesday 1st July. Posters will be displayed in the room where the breaks and lunches will take place.

All talk and poster contributors are requested to send a PDF or PPT file to eelt@astro.ox.ac.uk or to provide it at the conference for the presentations to be made available online.
